Holiday Season Update

It’s the time of the year again when we begin looking for gifts for our loved ones. One of the best times of the year, it’s the holiday season when most of us visit our loved ones to spend the magic of Christmas and the excitement of the new year together.

To ensure our team members are able to participate in this very important annual experience, we have this important update for all our valued customers.

Support Hours

From 1 December 2025 to 10 January 2026, our support hours will be reduced for most customers.

If you are on a standard support plan, our support team members can only respond to your support requests Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5:30 PM (NZDT) on standard business days. In addition, the following applies to all standard support plan customers:

Our higher tier support plan customers will enjoy their usual customer support hours. Critical incidents as a result of our actions will still be addressed in accordance with our standard SLA for all services and customers.

Plan Ahead

We encourage that you plan your workload according to the reduced support coverage during this holiday season to minimise disruptions to critical services. This includes planning and carrying out any scheduled maintenance during hours with the most support coverage available.
